Configure your whole lift display system online
Plan and set up an entire installation in your browser before anything is fitted. Define every floor label, choose the voice announcements, and lay out each panel — then upload the finished configuration to the master unit.
What you set up
The configurator holds the complete definition of the installation in one place. You set the label shown for each floor, choose the voice announcements that play on arrival and on floor selection, and configure each panel — its display, whether it uses a touchscreen or mechanical buttons, and whether it is a car or landing station. Everything that decides how the system behaves and what passengers see and hear is set here, not improvised on site.
Upload to the master unit
When the configuration is ready, you upload it to the master unit. The master applies the settings and distributes the floor labels and audio messages to every panel over the standard network cable that links them. Because there is a single source of truth, every panel in the building stays consistent. If something needs to change later — a renamed floor, a different announcement — you reconfigure and upload again. This is the same flow for a new installation or a refurbishment.
Get it right before you are on site
Configuring online means the passenger experience is decided in advance. The labels, announcements and panel layout are agreed and uploaded, so on-site time is spent fitting and connecting rather than programming with specialist tools. This shortens commissioning and reduces the chance of errors during a busy installation.
The configurator versus day-to-day control
The configurator is for setting up the installation. Once it is running, the building's caretaker handles everyday changes — brightness, volume, out-of-order notices and building-wide messages — from the local interface, without needing the configurator at all. See caretaker controls.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install any software?
No. The configurator runs in your browser. You upload the finished configuration to the master unit or we can do it for you prior to receiving the components.
What can I configure?
Floor labels, voice announcements, inputs and outputs and each panel's display and button configuration, for both car and landing stations.
How are voice announcements set up?
You choose the announcements in the configurator, and they are distributed to every panel from the master unit when you upload the configuration.
Can I change the configuration after installation?
Yes. Reconfigure online and upload again to the master unit to update floor labels or announcements.
Can I try the configurator before buying?
Yes. You can build a sample installation without signing up.
